Blue snake skin & marble

I just can't get enough of the snake skin nail art. And so I did it again on my nails. Only this time, I went for blue and did marble nail for my accent nail. It's kind of messy this time though.



Colors used:

Snake skin
- Revlon 791 Midnight Affair(base), sponged over loofah net with Elianto Alice Blue and Elianto Indigo Shine

Accent nail
- Faceshop white base
- OPI Fly
- CD 908 Tuxedo

Snake scales

It's been awhile ya?

Since my last entry, I did a few nail art but only lasted 2 days. The most being 3 days. Thanks to being a teacher, I couldn't wear fancy nail art to work.

Here are a few of my nail arts duing my absence in this blog. The latest being the snake scales which was motivated by a friend. I've seen the tutorial before but wasn't really fond of it until my friend showed off her beautiful snake scales nail art.

Something simple to wear for the Korean acapella group's mini concert, Red Soul who was in town last week.


Then, I got motivated to do this snake scales nail art.


I'm wearing this for this weekend.

FF: Valentine's Day

My FF is 4 days late. But better late than never.

Since I was not able to paint my nails during the weekend and it's unlikely to have them painted during weekdays as well, I decided to do my FF on my toe nails instead. ^__^



Colors used: Base is Elianto Red, Heart shapes painted using acrylic (red and white mixture) paint.

Spirals and Daisies

I got bored looking at plain painted nail so this is what I ended up with.



I wiped off the white daisies and opted for brown petals. No brown daisies? Ah well, that's why people say art is fun. You can always do as you like. ^__^



I am pretty satisfied with this design and I'm gonna wear till tomorrow before I wipe 'em off again since it's working day on Tuesday.

By the way, my favourite nail art blogger, Simply Rins...she did spirals too! What a coincidence. She did so well of course. I will try to learn painting spirals using brush cos the one I did here was done with toothpick.
